And it's the first thing I try to start out with. The take-down process (I've now learnt) is a gentle, time consuming process so I made sure I set aside time for it because I've ripped out my hair before lol. <br /><br />For long-term protective styles, maybe try a wig or small-medium braids with extensions? <br /><br />Good to see you back and blogging.
